Please take a moment to vote in this poll in opposition to House Bill HR3359 which outlaws the transportation of animals and targets circuses. This bill would make it impossible for the circus to continue to operate with such animals. The poll is important as it goes directly to members of Congress so they know how their constituents feel about the bill. There are already many layers of federal, state and local laws and regulations in place to make sure elephants and other animals are cared for properly. This bill is not going to add any protection for these animals. It will only take away your right to choose whether you and your family wish to visit circuses.
